The Beginning of LB3.

Over the past decade, LB3 Enterprises has become one of the most sought-after mass grading and utility contractors in California, thanks to our great team and sheer work ethic. It all started in Arizona, where company President Larry Brown formed LB3 to help developers expand Lake Havasu and surrounding areas. From there, projects grew in size and scope, and team LB3 quickly became mass excavation experts.

In the 2000s, the California economy was booming, and development in southern California was hard to ignore. Seeing the opportunity, Larry Brown and LB3 Vice President Tim Cramer set their sights on the southern California housing and mass excavation markets. Since the transition, LB3 has experienced massive growth, and we’ve been fortunate enough to play an integral role in building the foundation of southern California’s communities.

Now and Into the Future.

With the aggressive growth came equally aggressive investments in people and equipment. Competition is fierce in the California earthmoving market, and there’s never room for complacency. That’s why we thoroughly train and continuously invest in our team of extremely talented people who have opted for our more modern, people-centric approach. We not only give our team members great training and advancement opportunities, but we also give them the best equipment and technology in the industry.
