Safety is part of who we are at LB3, and we continuously grow our safety-first mindset through training and learning from past experience. Oftentimes, our employees have experiences or stories in which they learned something extraordinarily valuable about working safely. We encourage our employees to share their experiences with other, so everyone can discuss, learn, and ultimately work safer.
