Irwindale Landfill Reclamation

This mine reclamation project site adjacent to the 605 freeway in Irwindale CA.  Phases 3-5 of this reclamation project have involved significant excavation depths reaching over 170 feet with a large portion below the ground water table.The reclamation grading involved pumping, ground water management, recovery of aggregate products and excavations totaling over 2 million cubic yards all in a footprint not much larger than 20 acres. Once the remedial work is completed, we will import of over 1.2 million cubic yards of material. the project will supply Martin Marrietta with a new certified area for expanding operations.
