Santa Clarita

Located right off the 14 freeway near the Santa Clarita River, this project for woodside homes will provide 150 new units of multifamily housing and apartments. While only 21 acres, this project still had over 550,000 cubic yards due to the over excavation depth ranging from 15-25 feet across the entire site. This project also required sensitive grading and slot cutting around a live transmission waterline and active railway line.
