Sunbow II Phase 3

This phase of the Sunbow development for Lennar is located right off Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista CA. This 73-acre project consisted of 2.1 million cubic yards moved and significant material management due to the high volume of bentonite layers. This hillside project required coordination of wall contractors, underground utility contractors, drainage ditch contractors and the QSP to make sure this project was delivered on time while staying in compliance with the regulatory agencies.
